We don't silo into paediatrics or adults. You'll see kids, teens, adults and older Australians across the week, with the variety and clinical depth that brings. Specialise where you want to, generalise where it serves the client.
Care includes the people around the client: parents, partners, support workers, educators, aged care staff. That's a clinical stance, not a slogan. It also means your reports and recommendations actually land.
Psychology, OT, speech, counselling, play therapy, AHA support and behaviour support all sit in the same team. Case-conferencing is built into the week. You'll learn from people outside your discipline without having to chase them.
We approach autism, ADHD and neurodivergence as identity, not pathology. We treat behaviour as a form of communication, not a problem to manage. Clinicians who'd cringe at a reward chart or a 'social skills' programme will feel at home here.
Senior clinician oversight on every case. Structured supervision, clinical risk processes, peer review and documented file standards. The clinical safety net is real, especially for early-career staff.

Senior clinical psychology role across assessment, therapy and NDIS Clinical Psychology Assessments. You'll work with a mixed caseload of children, adolescents and adults, with senior peer support on complex cases and an admin team that protects your clinical time.
If you're working towards full AHPRA registration and you want supervision that's actually structured, this is a strong fit. You'll carry a manageable caseload across therapy and assessment under senior clinician supervision, with a clear pathway to general or clinical endorsement.
We're hiring OTs across paediatric, adult and aged care work, with a mix of in-clinic, mobile and telehealth delivery. The bread-and-butter is functional therapy and Functional Capacity Assessments, but you'll also see sensory regulation, AT prescription and home modifications.
Speech pathology across paediatric language and literacy, AAC, social communication, adult communication post-stroke and adult dysphagia. We particularly want to hear from clinicians keen on AAC, structured literacy or rural telehealth.
Trauma-informed counselling across children, teens, adults and families. Our counselling stream sits alongside psychology, with senior clinical oversight and clear scope on when to refer to a psychologist. Strong fit for counsellors who want depth, not high-throughput EAP-style work.
Play therapy work with children aged 2 to 12, predominantly in clinic with parent coaching alongside. Strong fit for clinicians with formal play therapy training (or working towards it) who want a steady caseload of paced, trauma-informed work.
AHAs at Constellation run program-based sessions under OT, psychology or speech delegation. Real therapy delivery, not babysitting, not paperwork. Strong fit if you're studying psychology, OT, speech or social work and want grounded clinical exposure.
NDIS Behaviour Support work for participants with behaviours of concern, focused on functional, person-centred and culturally responsive practice. You'll join Suren and the broader clinical team on complex cases, with senior oversight on positive behaviour support plans.
The clinical glue between our clinicians, admin team and clients. You'll coordinate caseload allocation, intake triage, clinical scheduling and the messy operational reality of a multidisciplinary practice growing across three states. Reports to the Director.
First point of contact for many of our families and referrers. You'll handle bookings, scheduling, plan-manager invoicing coordination, and the small daily kindnesses that make families feel held. Joins Brooke and Peta in the admin team.
We're building our Perth presence. Expressions of interest from AHPRA-registered psychologists, OTs, speech pathologists and qualified counsellors who can support NDIS and aged care clients across the Perth metro area. We'll talk early and grow the caseload with you.
We currently service Adelaide and Darwin through mobile and telehealth, and we want clinicians on the ground. Expressions of interest welcome from allied health professionals who know their local NDIS, aged care and DVA landscape.
In-clinic, mobile or telehealth, or a mix that suits the client and you. Most of our clinicians blend at least two delivery modes. We design the week around clinical fit, not arbitrary site rosters.
Whether you're a new graduate or a 20-year clinician, you'll have a senior to talk to. Complex cases get case-conferenced. Risk and safeguarding processes are documented. No one carries a hard case alone.
Supervision is scheduled, not squeezed in. We support AHPRA-aligned supervision for provisional psychologists, supervision hours for early-career OTs and speechies, and a CPD allowance that recognises real training, not just compliance modules.
Weekly opportunities to bring a case to OT, psychology, speech, counselling and behaviour support peers. You'll learn faster, write better reports, and make better referrals out when something isn't your scope.
Service agreements, plan-manager chasing, invoicing and reschedules are handled by people who genuinely understand the NDIS, Aged Care Support at Home and DVA. You shouldn't lose three hours a week to admin you didn't train for.
We don't run a high-throughput model. Caseloads are designed so you can write the report, prepare for the session, and ring the parent back. Reasonable face-to-face expectations, with non-billable clinical time protected.
Our AHAs run program-based sessions under your delegation. That keeps therapy consistent between your sessions and stretches NDIS budgets for your clients without diluting your clinical oversight.
We're building a national multidisciplinary practice over the next few years. Senior roles, supervisor roles, regional leadership and program development opportunities will keep opening up. If you want to grow with us, we want to talk.
We try to be respectful with people's time. Our process is usually four to five touchpoints, scheduled around your existing role. We won't ghost you and we won't drag it out.
A 20-30 minute call with our Clinical Operations Coordinator or Director. We talk about your work, what you're after, and whether the role fits. No formal interview structure, no surprise scenarios.
We confirm AHPRA registration, professional body membership, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening and references. We move fast on this once you give us the go-ahead.
Sit down (in person or via video) with two or three clinicians you'd be working alongside, including a senior clinician in your discipline. We talk about clinical approach, a real case or two, and how you'd fit into the team.
Depending on the role, you'll either shadow a session or two, or work through a current case with one of our senior clinicians. This is also where you get to ask the harder questions about caseloads, oversight and culture.
Written offer, agreed start date, and a structured onboarding plan. You'll meet your supervisor, set up systems access, walk through file standards and start with a paced caseload. First six weeks include weekly check-ins with your supervisor and the operations team.
Yes. We have AHPRA-approved supervisors in the team and we structure supervision around the internship or registrar program requirements, not as a tick-the-box exercise. Provisional psychologists carry a paced caseload and have weekly supervision plus monthly group supervision.
Yes to all three. We have clinicians working part-time across most disciplines, and we deliver via clinic, mobile and telehealth. If you're in a city we service through mobile or telehealth (including Perth, Adelaide, Darwin and Sydney) we'll work out the model with you. We're particularly keen to grow our clinician footprint in WA, SA and NT.
It depends on the role and discipline, but most of our clinicians see a mix of NDIS, aged care, DVA and private clients across the lifespan. You can lean towards an age group or population if that's where your strengths are. We protect non-billable time for report writing, case-conferencing and supervision. We don't run a pure billable-hour model.
New grads get a paced caseload, weekly individual supervision with a senior in your discipline, fortnightly multidisciplinary case-conferencing, and a structured first-six-months development plan. You won't be handed a complex NDIS Functional Capacity Assessment in your first month and left to figure it out.
If you're in a regulated profession (psychology, occupational therapy, speech pathology, physiotherapy, social work for behaviour support) yes, AHPRA registration (or the equivalent regulator, for example SPA for speech pathology) is non-negotiable. Counsellors need a Diploma of Counselling minimum and PACFA or ACA membership (or eligibility). Provisional psychologists need provisional AHPRA registration and an approved supervision pathway.
We have a CPD budget per clinician each year that covers approved training, supervision over and above the included hours, and one conference or major workshop. We also run internal training across the team. Recent topics include trauma-informed assessment, AAC for non-speaking clients and NDIS report writing.
Probably. If you're after a pure billable-hour model with maximum throughput, we're not it. If you want to work in deep isolation without case-conferencing, peer review or admin support, we're not it. And if reward charts, behavioural compliance and 'social skills training' are core to how you work, our neuro-affirming culture will feel like a poor fit. We'd rather say that up front than waste your time.
