The Frey Health Group Graduate Program, delivered through Constellation Therapies, supports early-career clinicians as they move from university into confident, capable and reflective professional practice. Graduating is exciting, but it is also a big step, and you will not be expected to figure it all out alone.
We want graduates supported with guidance, mentoring, supervision, practical experience and professional development as they begin their careers.
The program is designed for graduates across allied health disciplines, and continues to grow with our services:
At Frey Health Group, we believe great clinicians are developed through support, reflection and experience. Our approach is built around four things.
Graduates are supported to work within their scope while gradually building independence and confidence.
We value curiosity, questions, mentoring and ongoing professional development.
We view clients within the context of their family, community, culture, relationships and environment.
We want graduates to build meaningful, long-term careers where they keep learning, maintain wellbeing and feel connected to their work.
Graduates may have the opportunity to work across community, clinic and telehealth settings, developing flexible, practical skills while learning to adapt therapy to the needs of children, adults, families and support networks.
The structure of the program may continue to evolve as Frey Health Group grows, so it stays responsive, current and aligned with best practice.
Learning opportunities may include:
Graduates may also take part in discipline-specific learning, depending on their role and profession. This may include areas such as:
Functional assessments, sensory processing, assistive technology, home modifications, environmental assessments and capacity-building interventions.
Language assessment, speech sound disorders, AAC, feeding foundations, literacy support and communication partner coaching.
Assessment processes, therapeutic formulation, mental health presentations, neurodevelopmental assessments, cognitive and behavioural interventions and report writing.
Functional mobility, exercise prescription, falls prevention, neurological rehabilitation and community rehabilitation.
Functional behaviour assessment, positive behaviour support, restrictive practice considerations, data collection and behaviour analysis.
At Frey Health Group, graduates are not expected to know everything from day one. We value questions, reflection, growth and genuine care.
Our goal is to create an environment where emerging clinicians feel supported to become capable, compassionate professionals who make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people they support. We look forward to supporting the next generation of clinicians as they begin their careers.
