What you can expect
We currently support Adelaide clients without a permanent local clinic. That's a deliberate, honest description of where we're at. What works well is the assessment-and-telehealth model: an in-person NDIS Functional Capacity Assessment or Clinical Psychology Assessment when one is needed, then ongoing therapy via telehealth from the same team. For families and individuals where telehealth fits, this can be a much faster path to NDIS evidence than waiting on a stretched local provider.
Mobile visits for occupational therapy and counselling can be arranged across greater Adelaide where clinician travel and scheduling line up. If we can't make a particular visit work in the week you need it, we'll say so and propose a telehealth alternative rather than push a session that won't actually help.
Our Adelaide service leans heavily on senior oversight. NDIS reports, aged care recommendations and assessment letters are written to be clear, practical and funding-ready: the kind of documents support coordinators, plan managers and aged care providers can actually use.
