Allied health support for Darwin, by travel and telehealth
Darwin is a mobile service area for Constellation Therapies. We support Northern Territory clients through travelling clinicians for assessments and selected mobile visits, with the wider team providing psychology, speech pathology, counselling and play therapy via telehealth.

What you can expect
Darwin and the Top End are notoriously hard to service well from a single local provider, and we're not pretending we've solved that. What we offer is honest and useful: NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments and Clinical Psychology Assessments coordinated through travelling clinicians and senior oversight, plus ongoing therapy via telehealth from a team that does this every day across the rest of the country.
Mobile occupational therapy and counselling visits can be arranged in Darwin where scheduling and clinician travel align. Telehealth covers the rest: psychology, speech pathology, play therapy and counselling for children, adults and older clients where it's clinically appropriate. For NDIS participants, plan managers and support coordinators in the NT, this can be a faster, more reliable way to get clear NDIS evidence than waiting on a stretched local market.
We won't pretend telehealth replaces in-person care for every need. Where a service can't be delivered well remotely or via an occasional visit, we'll say so and point you toward something that fits. The aim is for Darwin clients to feel as supported as our Gympie and Hawthorn clinic families, not to lock people into a service that doesn't actually suit their context.

Common questions
Do you have a clinic in Darwin?
No. Darwin is a mobile and telehealth service area for us. We don't yet have a permanent NT team, and we'd rather tell you that upfront.
Can I get an NDIS Functional Capacity Assessment in Darwin?
Yes. We can arrange Functional Capacity Assessments and Clinical Psychology Assessments for Darwin-based NDIS participants through a mix of travelling clinicians and telehealth, with report writing handled by our wider team.
Do you offer NDIS therapy in Darwin?
Yes. We support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants in Darwin via telehealth for psychology, speech pathology, counselling, play therapy and occupational therapy, with selected mobile visits where scheduling allows.
Will telehealth actually work for my child or family member?
It depends on the person and the goal. Telehealth works well for many children and adults, especially with the right setup and support at home. Where it's not a clinical fit, we'll say so during the enquiry rather than push it.
How fast can you start working with a Darwin client?
Faster than waiting for a stretched local provider, generally. Telehealth onboarding can usually start within a couple of weeks. In-person components depend on clinician travel schedules and are confirmed honestly upfront.
