About Andrew
Andrew is one of the people who keeps Constellation running quietly in the background. As Policy & Compliance Manager, his job is to make sure the systems, paperwork and frameworks behind the practice are as well-built as the clinical work itself, so the clinical team can stay focused on the families in front of them.
He brings 15 years of organisational experience across business, systems and compliance roles, and a clear-eyed view of what good governance looks like in a multidisciplinary allied health setting. That includes NDIS provider obligations, AHPRA-related processes, privacy and records management, and the day-to-day operating procedures that keep three state teams pointing in the same direction.
Andrew works closely with Lilli on the strategic side of compliance, and with the senior clinicians on the practical side, where a policy meets real life: how supervision is documented, how clinical notes are stored, how risk is escalated, how a complaint is handled, how a new clinician is onboarded.
He doesn't take a clinical caseload, but his work shows up in every client interaction, in clear consent forms, accurate invoicing, secure data handling, and consistent processes whether a family is meeting Constellation in Gympie, in Hawthorn, in their home in Adelaide or over telehealth in regional NSW.
Andrew's approach is methodical, calm and unflashy. He treats compliance as a service to clinicians and clients, not a hurdle, and he writes policy that real people can actually follow.
