She handles online administration and bookings across the Victorian and broader Constellation footprint, working closely with the intake team to match families with the right clinician at the right time.
She brings prior experience working in psychology practice administration, which means she is fluent in the practical realities of allied health: NDIS plans, plan managers, GP referrals, Mental Health Care Plans, aged care funding, and the small but important details that keep an appointment running smoothly.
In practice, Brooke is the person who reminds you about your child's first session, sorts out the paperwork before you've worried about it, and follows up if a clinician's diary has shifted. The clinical team relies on her quietly competent work to free them up to focus on the therapy room.
