About Lilli
Lilli Frey started Constellation Therapies because the families she met in counselling kept telling her the same thing: the system felt cold, fragmented and exhausting to navigate. Parents were chasing letters across three different practices, support coordinators were waiting weeks for reports, and older clients were being shuffled between providers who didn't talk to each other. Lilli built Constellation to be the opposite of that, a warm, multidisciplinary home base where the whole care team sits under one roof and the family stays at the centre.
Her clinical background sits in counselling, with a particular strength in working alongside parents, carers and adults who feel like they're holding everyone else together. That work shaped the way the practice runs today: care for the individual, but also care for the people in their wider 'constellation', the partners, parents, support workers, teachers and grandparents who do so much of the day-to-day support.
Alongside her clinical work, Lilli leads strategy, growth and clinical governance across the QLD, VIC and NSW teams. She built the model that lets the practice deliver in-clinic sessions in Gympie and Hawthorn, mobile visits across greater Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Darwin, and nationwide telehealth, without losing the family-centred warmth the practice is known for.
Lilli is openly neurodiversity-informed in her thinking and hiring, and she has shaped Constellation into a place where neurodivergent clinicians, clients and families can show up as themselves. That extends into how the team writes reports, how children's sessions are paced and how parents are welcomed into the process rather than parked in the waiting room.
Outside of clinical leadership, Lilli's focus is on growing Constellation into a national allied health practice over the next two years, while keeping the soul of the practice intact: clear communication, strong senior oversight, and care that fits the real life of the person in front of you.
Lilli works from a warm, neurodiversity-informed and strengths-based foundation. She believes good allied health should feel like a relationship, not a transaction, and that families do better when they're trusted as experts on their own child or loved one.
