About Peta
Peta is one of Constellation's most experienced operational team members, with more than 28 years working across disability support, complex mental health services and high-needs care. She brings that long history into her current administration work, where her job is to help families and referrers move from a first phone call to a clinical appointment without anything falling through the cracks.
Her background covers onboarding new participants, behaviour support planning processes, staff training, and the kind of coordinated care that complex clients depend on. That experience matters: she understands the difference between an NDIS plan, an Aged Care package and a private funding arrangement, and she can spot when a client's situation needs a more careful handover into the clinical team.
Peta works alongside the wider admin and clinical teams to keep NSW operations running smoothly, with a particular focus on intake, documentation and the practical scaffolding around complex cases. She doesn't take a clinical caseload, but her work shapes how the NSW team meets clients from day one.
Peta is calm, experienced and unflappable. She has worked with some of the most complex services in the country, and she carries that steadiness into every interaction with families and referrers.
