About Sobia
Sobia is a Registered Psychologist with provisional AHPRA registration and extensive experience across assessment, therapy, teaching and clinical psychology.
She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology, a Master of Clinical and Counselling Psychology, a Master of Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Applied Psychology.
Sobia has experience working with children, adolescents and adults, including NDIS clients, across psychological assessments, reports and ongoing therapy.
Her practice is grounded in a holistic bio-psycho-social approach, drawing on evidence-based therapies including CBT, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, hypnosis and other psychotherapies. She brings warmth, depth and broad clinical knowledge to her work.
