What you can expect
Mobile sessions across Melbourne are how a lot of our Victorian clients prefer to work. For children, that often means OT or speech pathology at home or daycare, where we can see the actual environment and routines that need supporting. For adults, it might be NDIS OT working on independence at home, or counselling in a familiar space. For older clients, it's in-home therapy through Aged Care or Support at Home, focused on safety, dignity and continuity.
We're a full team rather than a single discipline travelling. A child working with an OT on regulation can also see a speech pathologist for language, or a provisional psychologist for emotional support, with the clinicians coordinating between visits. Reports are written to land cleanly with NDIS, insurers, Aged Care providers and GPs.
If a mobile visit isn't the right fit on a given week, we can switch to telehealth or have you come into the Hawthorn clinic. The point is to keep therapy going without the family or referrer having to project-manage it. Our Melbourne footprint also extends out to Ballarat and Geelong where scheduling and clinical fit allow, so country Victorian clients aren't left without options.

Common questions
Do you do home visits in Melbourne?
Yes. Our Victorian clinicians visit homes, schools, daycares, workplaces and aged care settings across greater Melbourne for OT, speech pathology, counselling, psychology and play therapy. We also travel to Ballarat and Geelong where the scheduling and clinical fit work.
Can I get NDIS allied health in Melbourne without coming into a clinic?
Yes. We support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants entirely through mobile visits and telehealth if that's what suits you. Our team writes Functional Capacity Assessments and Clinical Psychology Assessments for NDIS access and reviews, and is happy to coordinate with support coordinators and plan managers.
Where exactly do you travel to in Melbourne?
Across greater Melbourne. Travel is matched to clinician availability week by week, so the easiest way to confirm is to ask when you enquire. We'll let you know honestly whether mobile is workable or whether telehealth or the Hawthorn clinic is a better fit.
Do you offer telehealth therapy in Melbourne?
Yes. Telehealth is available for clients across Victoria where it's clinically appropriate. Many families use a mix of mobile, clinic and telehealth depending on the week.
Do you have a Melbourne clinic if I'd rather come in?
Yes. Our Hawthorn clinic in the inner east is the Victorian home base. Most of our Melbourne mobile clinicians also do clinic sessions there.
