Our NSW team supports children, adults and older Australians across Sydney and regional NSW. Lei (speech pathologist) and Ainsley (occupational therapist) are based locally for mobile and telehealth work, with the wider Constellation team available for psychology, counselling, play therapy and assessments via telehealth Australia-wide.

What you can expect
Our Sydney service centres on two locally-based clinicians: Lei, a speech pathologist who works in English and Mandarin and has a particular focus on neurodiversity-affirming therapy for children, and Ainsley, an occupational therapist with NDIS and aged care experience across functional assessments and ongoing therapy. Between them they cover home, school, daycare, workplace and aged care visits across greater Sydney where scheduling allows.
Around that, the rest of our team supports Sydney clients via telehealth. That gives families and referrers access to psychology, counselling, play therapy, dietetics input and behaviour support without having to source three or four different providers. NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments and Clinical Psychology Assessments can be delivered in a combination of telehealth and in-person observation depending on the assessment requirements.
Sydney clients tend to use us when the local market is full, when they need a particular language or clinical fit, or when their support coordinator wants a team that reports cleanly and coordinates internally. We're honest about local capacity. If mobile isn't workable in a given week, we'll say so and offer telehealth or a wait-list option rather than overpromise.

Do you have a clinic in Sydney?
Not currently. Our Sydney service is mobile and telehealth. Our NSW-based speech pathologist and occupational therapist do home, school and community visits, and the wider team supports Sydney clients via telehealth.
Can I get NDIS allied health in Sydney through Constellation Therapies?
